Business Support

I have been an executive assistant and senior administrator in the service sector for more than 25 years.

I have worked in the credit industry, in business travel and recruitment. For several years I managed the contracts department of a computer dealership and I was one of the first IBM trained desk-top-publishing trainers for PCs. In 1996 I joined CSC where I worked for Jim Patience, and I have been with Differentis since 2000. As well as acting as PA to the leadership team, I am responsible for all HR admin, liaison with our Associates, sales administration and knowledge management.

Office Manager

I joined Differentis in 2000 as office manager, using my coordination and organisational skills in the setting up and day to day running of the office. Since 2005 I have also been responsible for the Accounts function.

I have almost 25 years’ experience in the Consulting industry. In 1988 I joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Team Secretary and during my 13 year tenure I progressed through several roles to become the secretarial coordinator for the London office.

IT Support

I joined Differentis 11 years ago, and am responsible for management and support of our IT platforms.

My work used to focus very much on hands-on support and implementation of local solutions, but over the past 3 years, I have been concentrating on moving our systems to the Cloud.
